Are you interested in learning the tool set of Compassionate Warriors? Join Scott Catamas, Heather Salmon and Donny Regalmuto for this intensive 5 day training at Harbin's beautiful Oneness Center! We will have several levels of participation happening simultaneously; beginners and intermediate practitioners, facilitators in training, and participants who are already facilitators and wish to deepen their practice and advance their skill set.

ComPASSIONate Connections As we move into the shift of the ages, we are moving from a focus of consumption and materialism towards healthy communities where relationships are our greatest wealth! As such, communicating in effective and compassionate ways will be held in high esteem! Master teacher Love Coach Scott Catamas will give workshops that will provide an overview of the foundational teachings of Compassionate Communication with an emphasis on gaining skills in active listening, empathic connection, acknowledgement and appreciation, and making requests that encourage a 'yes' answer and win/win results.
Scott will also share about forms of empathy and when to use each one. You will learn to differentiate "What I am telling myself" from what is real. Learn which words are actually "Evaluations Masquerading as Feelings" and perpetuating victim consciousness. Learn how you can replace feelings and needs words for victim words, empowering yourself and others to connect with greater caring and ease. You will also practice the "Challenging Situation Worksheet" and refine your understanding of Requests vs. Demands, Hearing & Saying 'No', and finding the 'Yes' after hearing the 'No'.

Creator of the Lovers Language Donny Regalmuto will lead us into this dynamic process that will help to create more intimacy and trust in all relationships. Explore a rich vocabulary that can communicate and connect deep inside your partners mind. In this workshop you will learn to:

needs, deep inside each other in a place that is sacred and safe.

Heather offers a gentle yoga practice accessible to all levels. Her style is a fusion of Anahata, Kundalini and Hatha yoga, a gentle flow with a focus on the breath, activating your core, raising the kundalini and sacred sounding for healing and opening the heart!
Sound Healing
The human body and the entire earth are made up of energy, vibrating at different frequencies. When out of rhythm, disease and disharmony results. Vibrational sound healing addresses imbalances or blockages of the energy channels. The body can heal itself when given the proper frequencies. Explore various Vocal Sound Healing techniques including chanting, toning ancient healing sounds for balancing the organs, chakras, energy field and for manifestation.

Crystal Singing Bowl Healings
There are those that believe Crystal Singing Bowls are an ancient Lemurian and Atlantis healing technology that is resurfacing. Crystal acts as an oscillator, magnifying, and transmitting pure tone. When the bowls are played the sound penetrates into our very cells and re-balances them through oscillation and entrainment. The vibrations move through the spine and diffuse along the nerve pathways to the organs, tissues and cells, in turn affecting blood circulation and metabolism. SCOTT CATAMAS
Scott Catamas has won multiple EMMY awards as a writer, producer and director of educational television. He has created hundreds of original productions that have been performed live and/or broadcast nationally over NBC, HBO, SHOWTIME, FOX, UPN, etc. Scott started teaching in 2002, and has led over 500 classes, events and workshops throughout the U.S. and Europe. He has coached hundreds of couples, families and small businesses. Scott is a popular host and guest on radio, television and internet media.
Scott's world turned around when his Beloved Wife died suddenly in November of 2011 from a catastrophic brain tumor. Scott has been actively exploring, practicing and teaching tools of COMPASSION including the dynamic power of ACCEPTANCE.

HEATHER SALMON
Heather Salmon is a Visionary Priestess Evolutionary Healer through sound, light, yoga, beauty, food and dance! Heather is passionate about guiding Mystical Alchemy HypnoSonic Journeys and sharing the work of the Black Swan Temple!
Heather is dedicated to fostering lifestyle and sustainability practices that support optimal health and well being on all levels. She is a vegetarian and raw foods chef and Yoga and Sound Healing teacher, sacred dancer, ceremonialist, community organizer, visionary activist and was based out of Harbin Hot Springs from 2007-2012. Recently, she has relocated to Maui with her beloved partner Donny Regalmuto where they continue to share their work and are establishing the Black Swan Mystery School in Huelo.
Heather is the founder and High Priestess of the Black Swan Temple and is an ordained minister of the Essenes and priestess of Isis. Extensively trained in the healing and performing arts and raised by visionary civil rights activist parents, Heather brings a depth, creativity and cellular knowledge to her work that is very powerful and deeply rooted! DONNY REGAL
Donny Regal works with music as a spiritual source of inspiration, healing and spiritual awakening. He has provided musical support for spiritual events, ceremonies, dances and Tantric pujas for the last twenty five years and has worked with Sophia and other spiritual recording artist as a producer and musician to create many Spiritual and New age albums. He has studied the work of Margo Anand, Lori Grace Star and Mantak Chia and Marshal Rosenberg, Robert Gonzales and has been integrating this work into his intimate relationships for many years. He is highly versed in Compassionate Communication and is constantly integrating it into his Tantric practice. He is the developer of "The Lover's Language."
A long time Maui resident in 2009 Donny left Hawaii and moved to California and then to Middletown to be with Heather next to Harbin Hot Springs. Currently, Donny and Heather split their time between Maui and California where they teach classes, workshops and offer retreats as well as multimedia music, dance and sound healing rituals, New Moon Sound and Energy Healing Ceremonies for World Peace. Accommodations are dorm-style, with single and bunk beds – or sleeping pads on the floor of the meeting room. All accommodation is the same price. Those wanting more comfort may stay at Harbin's hotel rooms, where prices range from 0 for your own basic room, to 5 or more for a room with its own bathroom or shared cottage – for five nights. Our all-inclusive retreat includes the retreat fee, accommodations, entry into Harbin and access to all pools and facilities, and all vegetarian meals from Supper on Thursday through Lunch on Monday.
